it's so hard to find the correct DA category now a days...

anyways, this is my partial interpretation of Saidin, the male half of the One Power wielded by Aes Sedai in the book called: Wheel of Time, by Robert Jordan.

when the dark one was sealed away, he tainted the male half of the one source, Saidin. (the female half is called Saidar). so when it was described in the book i saw it as having a darker, more more tainted or distorted sort of light. the thing itself having somewhat of an oily surface that makes it harder to see to the actual True Source. that would represent the Taint that someone would have to go through to touch Saidin.

although the pic itself doesn't look to me all that impressive, it does have it's good points. and i picked up some new skills doing this so it definately wasn't too much a waste of time. i would like to know though what you guys think. comments and suggestions? did you like it? and yes, i know that the light look wavy and not really smooth.
